Jakey's Perfect Pumpkin

Jakey’s Perfect Pumpkin Paperback Book

Jakey is off to the pumpkin patch, and he has one very important job to find the perfect pumpkin!

But as Jakey searches through the patch, he discovers pumpkins of all different shapes, sizes and colours. Some are tall, some are small, some are wonky and some look completely different from the rest.

Jakey soon begins to realise that being different doesn’t make something any less special and perhaps “perfect” doesn’t mean looking exactly like everyone else after all.

Told through gentle rhyme, colourful autumn illustrations and a heartwarming Little Magpie message, Jakey’s Perfect Pumpkin is a lovely seasonal story about individuality, acceptance and celebrating what makes each of us unique. 🍂

Perfect for cosy autumn reading, pumpkin-picking season or for any little one who has ever felt a little different.

Because just like the pumpkins in the patch…

We were never meant to all be the same — we were meant to be wonderfully ourselves
